Q2: How can I use the Online Child Health Service Booking System?

First Time Use (Activate Online Booking Account)
You need to activate your online booking account via hyperlink from the Family Health Service web site (http://www.fhs.gov.hk), or visit http://chsbooking.fhs.gov.hk and get your login password before you can use this system.
You can activate your account during the following period (activation period):
(1) within 8 months of first attendance on/after 28/10/2015 at your child’s MCHC,
(2) within 8 months from your last day of arranging an appointment on/after 20/05/2016.
If you have not activated your account within the activation period, please refer to (A5).

Subsequent Login
You only need to enter the Booking System Registration Number and your password created for subsequent login.


Q3: What should I do if I forget my password for the Online Child Health Service Booking System?

Q7: Apart from this Online Child Health Service Booking System, is there any other way to make appointments?

You can contact your child’s MCHC in person during office hour, or by phone during the MCHC’s Appointment Booking Period for an appointment.

If you have a Booking System Registration Number (i.e. the Automated Phone Booking System (APS) number) issued by the registered MCHC, you can also dial 3793 6111 to book an appointment for “Immunisation/ Developmental Surveillance Scheme” or “Preschool Vision Screening” Service.

Q9: I have just made an appointment for the 3P Positive Parenting Program (Group) through the Online Child Health Service Booking System. Does it mean that I can attend the service accordingly?

A9:

The appointment for the 3P Positive Parenting Program (Group) only means that you have enrolled for the service. Our staff will contact you by phone for assessment within 4 weeks prior to the appointment date and you will be informed whether you are suitable to attend the programme.


Q10: After transferral to another MCHC, can I continue to use the Online Child Health Service Booking System?

You will be given a new Booking System Registration Number after attending the new MCHC. You need to activate your new online booking account with the new number before you may continue to use the system. Please refer to (A2) for more details.


Q11: Why can't I use the Online Child Health Service Booking System from 2am to 5am?

A11:

The Online Child Health Service Booking System is suspended from 2am to 5am every day for system maintenance.
